Full Payment Upfront
In this option, the client will have the advantage of removing the watermark from the designed renderings. They will also have ample time to review and provide feedback on our designs.
Additionally, if the client decides to cancel the order for any reason before proceeding to material rendering, a 50% refund will be provided.
Please note, the design files will be securely kept until the client approves the final design. This ensures that the client has the opportunity to review the design thoroughly before giving their approval.
50% Deposit
Under this option, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the design process. This deposit ensures commitment from the client and covers the initial design work.
Once the client has approved the white box rendering, the remaining 50% of the payment will be due before we proceed with providing the material & color rendering. This ensures that the payment is completed before the next phase of the design process begins.
In this payment option, it is essential for the client to share their feedback within one week of receiving any materials for review. Comments received after the one-week deadline may disrupt our schedule and potentially cause project delays.
Net 30
After a few projects together, we introduced the client to the option of Net 30 payment terms. This enables the client to settle the complete invoice amount within 30 days of receiving the final rendering.
