What is the turnaround time for creating a 3D rendering?

The duration of a 3D rendering project depends on various factors such as the complexity of the design, the level of detail required, the number of revisions, and the workload of the rendering service provider. Simple projects can be completed within a few days, while more complex and larger-scale projects may take several weeks.

What documents should I provide with my order?

For exterior renderings, we need architectural elevation(s), floor plan(s), roof plan and site-plan (if any).

For interior renderings, floor plan, sections (if any), and some inspirational images.

In what format should I send my plans?

PDF's, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or any other available format.

How many revisions are allowed in my rendering order?

You will have the opportunity for unlimited revisions and changes during the white box phase, which includes structural modifications.

Additionally, you are entitled to one free material revision during the rendering phases.

What is the cost of a 3D rendering?

What method of payment do you use?

After we received your order, we will email you an invoice with a link to pay online with any major credit cards. Also, you can mail us a check to our Dallas office. For online orders you can use any major credit carts to pay via Stripe.

Do you provide a 3D model of my rendering project?

Yes, we can send you a 3D model for an additional fee per your request.

What software do you use for 3D renderings?

3ds Max V-ray & Corona, Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D & Lumion.

What information or materials are required from the client for a 3D rendering project?

The specific information and materials required can vary, but generally, clients need to provide detailed design specifications, architectural plans or blueprints, reference images or sketches, materials or color preferences, and any specific requirements or objectives for the rendering project. The more detailed and comprehensive the information provided, the better the final result will be.

Are construction drawings included in the service?

No, construction drawings are not included in the service. However, they can be provided at an additional fee.
