EXTERIOR RENDERING
Exterior architecture 3D rendering is the process of creating a realistic, three-dimensional representation of a building or structure’s exterior. It involves using computer software to generate detailed and lifelike images that showcase the design, materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping of the building.
This technique is commonly used by architects, designers, and real estate developers to visualize and present their projects before they are constructed. By creating a virtual model of the exterior, clients and stakeholders can get a clear understanding of how the building will look in its actual environment. It allows them to make informed decisions regarding design elements, color schemes, materials, and overall aesthetics.

Exterior architecture 3D rendering can be highly detailed, showing intricate features like windows, doors, balconies, roofing, and façade elements. The rendering process can also simulate different lighting conditions, such as daytime, twilight, or night scenes, to provide a realistic representation of how the building will appear at different times of the day.
Overall, exterior architecture 3D rendering is a valuable tool in the field of architecture, enabling professionals to communicate their design concepts effectively and giving clients a clear visualization of the finished product.

What information do you need to provide for your Exterior Renderings?
1- Architectural drawings
Detailed architectural drawings (any format) of the exterior of the building, including floor plans, elevations, and sections. These drawings should accurately represent the size, shape, and proportions of the building.
Our range of acceptable file formats includes architectural blueprints, floor plans, CAD, REVIT, PDF, JPEG, and even hand-drawn sketches.
2- Site plan
A site plan showing the location of the building within its surroundings. This includes neighboring buildings, landscaping, roads, and other relevant features.
If you do not have a site plan, providing the address of the project would be sufficient.
3- Material and finishes
Information about the materials and finishes that will be used on the exterior of the building, such as cladding, roofing, windows, doors, and other architectural elements. It is helpful to provide samples or reference images to accurately depict the desired materials.
4- Color palette
The desired color scheme for the exterior of the building, including specific paint colors, material colors, and textures. Providing reference images or sample swatches can help convey the desired aesthetic.
5- Landscape design (optional)
Landscape design: If the building is surrounded by landscaping, providing a landscape design plan is important. This includes information about plants, trees, hardscape features, and any other elements that will be incorporated into the exterior space
