After you give us the go-ahead to proceed, we will assign a dedicated project manager to you. They will be your main point of contact and will guide you through every step of the project, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

We’ll start with 3D modeling and share the initial visualizations in what we call "white box renderings" through our user-friendly portal. This makes it super easy for you to share your thoughts and feedback. The white box rendering is a great way to explore all the structural elements, camera angles, landscaping, hardscaping, furniture placement, textures, and lighting. Plus, you don’t have to worry about a thing—you're welcome to request unlimited revisions during this phase.

Once you approve the design during the modeling phase, we'll add materials and colors to bring your vision to life, and we'll share the first set of high-quality 3D renderings through our portal for you to review. If you're not completely happy with the materials or colors, don't worry! You have one free revision in this phase, so you can make changes, and we'll create a second set of renderings just for you.

The duration of a 3D rendering project depends on various factors such as the complexity of the design, the level of detail required, the number of revisions, and the workload of the rendering service provider. Simple projects can be completed within a few days, while more complex and larger-scale projects may take several weeks.

For exterior renderings, please send us your floor plans, roof plans, elevator drawings, and a site plan, if you have one. You can share your drawings in any format. A few inspirational photos for materials and colors would be very helpful!

For interior renderings, we need your floor plans, elevation drawings, and cabinetry drawings, if possible. A mood board or some inspiring photos for colors and materials would be great! Once you submit everything, we’ll jump right into your project!

 You will have the opportunity for unlimited revisions and changes during the white box phase, which includes structural modifications.

Additionally, you are entitled to one free material revision during the rendering phases.

After we received your order, we will email you an invoice with a link to pay online with any major credit cards. Also, you can mail us a check to our Dallas office. For online orders you can use any major credit carts to pay via Stripe.
