ICYOLA Project, Los Angeles, CA

With a large grant from the State of California made available to us by Senator Steven Bradford, ICYOLA purchased the lots identified as 2045 and 2049 West Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in the City of Los Angeles, California, on May 31, 2023.  The lot of 2045 is improved by an old market known as the G & J Market.  The lot of 2049 is an adjoining parking lot.
